Your selection will carry a full factory warranty with details enclosed in your shipment. We cannot stop a shipment once it has been shipped.

We also assure you of complete satisfaction and any help with the operations of your selection. We have had hands-on experience with every product we offer.

Your personal information will not be shared with anyone except for our shippers who do need your address to deliver your selection.

We only ship within the Continental United States and do not ship Overseas.

Return Policies

**Return up to 30 days after receipt of your shipment.

*NO RESTOCKING FEES.

Should your selection not be what you expected or meet your needs, please call us after receiving your new clock and we will offer a return authorization where you may ship the selection back to us for a 100% refund on all wall, mantel and desk clocks.

We only ask that the customer is responsible for shipping the selection back to us.  A written authorization must be emailed and issued in order for us to accept a return so we can get your account credited quickly and correctly.  We credit the full purchase price of your return usually within a few hours of receiving your return. Any returns must be shipped exactly as received with all manuals, packaging and parts to:
