Clock Shipping and Policies We keep a vast inventory of Seiko Selections in stock at our location. Availability is updated daily direct from Seiko and we only carry factory fresh selections. An order placed for a selection in stock usually leaves the same day by UPS or USPS. Selections of in stock items are usually received within 3 business days on the East Coast, 4 days in Mid America or 6 days on the West Coast. If you need a selection more quickly, please call us Toll Free at 1-866-402-8714 and we can make arrangements and get a quote to ship it next day or any method you choose. Store Hours Our online store is open 24 hours a day with "true secure" online ordering.  Our Toll Free order information line, 1-866-402-8714  is open from 10 am - 6pm EST Monday through Friday. After hours, please email us and we will get right back to you at your request. Return Policy Should your selection not be what you expected or meet your needs, please call us within 7 days of receipt and we will offer a return authorization where you may ship the selection back to us. We charge no restocking fees. We only ask that the customer be responsible for the cost of shipping at the actual cost it took to ship it to you. This may be more or less than what we charged to ship the clock to you.  An authorization number must be issued in order for us to accept a return. Give us a call as this only takes a few minutes. We ask that the products are in "as received" condition and all of the original warranty cards, manuals and original packing be included with no marks on the clock.
