A note from the
owners
The
Pearson family started operating business in Durham, NC in 1958 when opening
the first location of what later became central
North Carolina's leading
piano dealership with 7 locations across North Carolina.
The first Grandfather Clock was delivered to us in
the early 80s' which was our beginning in Grandfather Clocks. We have always
been a family serving other families and professionals through helping them
select the right product for their homes as we only sell lifetime, heirloom
quality products.
About 50 years later we still want to find ways to
offer the best service possible in your selection of a new clock for your
home. We are now exclusively Clocks. Your satisfaction is important to

Our online store is open 24 hours a day with "true secure" online
ordering.

but we are usually working much later into the evening and on weekends, so
give us a call.
After hours, you may
order online and all orders are processed the following morning.
Payment Terms
We offer many more forms of payment than most merchants including:

- Printed Order where you may call the number to
our Office
- Create an secure "online check" on the site
- Credit Card or Check by fax
- Printed Order where you may have a copy of an
order to mail a check
Return Policy
Should your selection not be what you
expected or meet your needs, please call us within 14 days of receipt and we
will offer a return authorization where you may ship the selection back to
us. We charge no restocking fees. We only ask that the customer be
responsible for the cost of shipping at the actual costs it took to ship it
to you. Please do not send any products back to the factory. An
authorization number must be issued in order for us to accept a return. Give
us a call as this only takes a few minutes. We ask that the products are in
"as received" condition and all of the original warranty cards, manuals and
original packing be included. All returns must be shipped "insured" for the
purchase price of the selection.

Warranty
Seiko includes a limited one year warranty on all
clocks. If any problems occur with your merchandise, you should contact
us and speak with a customer service representative. All you have to do is
report the problem and we will take the rest!! If your product is still
under warranty, NO cost will be incurred on your part to have the
merchandise replaced or repaired.
Your
Privacy
The Clock Depot operates with the same standards that have helped us develop
the confidence and trust of our customers This is especially so, with
respect to preserving the privacy of our customers. We will not, under any
circumstances sell your personal information to third parties.
The information given to us by our customers is used ONLY to fulfill orders
and communicate with them about their orders, delivery fulfillment or
financing requests.
